Welcome to 2 Lies 1 Truth! These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of TryAgain's 2 Lies 1 Truth application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.

1. Use of the App

2 Lies 1 Truth is designed as an interactive social game where players provide one truth and two lies, and other participants attempt to identify which statement is true. The app includes a repository of pre-defined questions and a custom zone for user-created content. The app is suitable for users of all ages and is available on multiple platforms.

2. Room Creation and Management

When you create a room in 2 Lies 1 Truth:

• You are responsible for managing the content and activities within your room.
• Room data is stored temporarily and will be automatically deleted after game completion.
• Questions may be drawn from our repository or created by users.
• You are responsible for ensuring appropriate content within your room.

3. User-Generated Content

2 Lies 1 Truth allows users to create and share custom content. By creating content in our app:

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and share it within the app.
• You are solely responsible for any content you create or share through the app.
• You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights.
• We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review and remove inappropriate content.
• We expressly disclaim responsibility for user-generated content in custom zones.

4. Question Repository

Our app contains a repository of pre-defined questions:

• These questions are provided for entertainment purposes only.
• The questions are fictional in nature and not meant to be taken literally.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the questions.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove questions from the repository at any time.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use 2 Lies 1 Truth responsibly and not to misuse the app in any way. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing inappropriate or offensive truths and lies.
• Creating custom questions with inappropriate content.
• Creating rooms with inappropriate names or themes.
• Using the app for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive.
• Attempting to access data from other users' rooms without permission.

6. Content Responsibility

Users are ultimately responsible for the content they provide. By submitting truths and lies, you acknowledge that:

• Your responses will be shared with other players in the game room.
• Your content should comply with our community standards and not contain offensive material.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users.

7. Intellectual Property

The 2 Lies 1 Truth app, including its design, code, question repository, and features, is the intellectual property of TryAgain. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TryAgain makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TryAgain or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if TryAgain or a TryAgain authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
