Welcome to How We See You! These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of TryAgain's How We See You application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.

1. Use of the App

How We See You is designed as an interactive social game where players are presented with scenarios and must write creative responses imagining what other players would do in those situations. Other participants then vote for their favorite responses. The app includes a repository of pre-defined scenarios and allows users to create custom scenarios. The nature of the game may result in mature content depending on the users playing.

2. Age Restrictions

Due to the potential for mature content in user-generated responses:

• How We See You is recommended for users aged 17 and above.
• Users under the age of 17 should have parental permission and supervision when using the app.
• We strongly advise that players establish their own content guidelines within each room to maintain an appropriate environment for all participants.

3. Room Creation and Management

When you create a room in How We See You:

• You are responsible for managing the content and activities within your room.
• Room data is stored temporarily and will be automatically deleted after game completion.
• Scenarios may be drawn from our repository or created by users.
• You are responsible for ensuring appropriate content within your room.
• You have the right to establish room-specific guidelines for content and behavior.

4. User-Generated Content

How We See You allows users to create and share custom content. By creating content in our app:

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and share it within the app.
• You are solely responsible for any content you create or share through the app.
• You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights.
• You understand that the game's nature may encourage creative, humorous, or satirical content that varies in maturity level.
• We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review and remove inappropriate content.
• We expressly disclaim responsibility for user-generated content and creative responses.

5. Scenario Repository

Our app contains a repository of pre-defined scenarios:

• These scenarios are provided for entertainment purposes only.
• The scenarios may vary in theme and maturity level.
• We do not guarantee the appropriateness of all scenarios for all audiences.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove scenarios from the repository at any time.

6. Voting System

The app includes a voting system where players can vote for their favorite responses:

• Voting is for entertainment purposes only.
• Vote tallies and results are temporary and are deleted after game completion.
• We reserve the right to modify the voting system's functionality at any time.
• Users agree not to manipulate the voting system through multiple accounts or other means.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to use How We See You responsibly and not to misuse the app in any way. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Using the app to harass, bully, or target specific individuals.
• Creating custom scenarios with the intent to harm or offend.
• Attempting to access data from other users' rooms without permission.
• Manipulating the voting system or game mechanics.

8. Content Language and Maturity

Due to the creative and social nature of the game:

• User-generated content may contain mature language or themes.
• The appropriateness of content is determined by the players in each room.
• We recommend establishing content guidelines within each room before playing.
• We are not responsible for monitoring or filtering user-generated content.
• Users are encouraged to report any content that violates our terms of service.

9. Intellectual Property

The How We See You app, including its design, code, scenario repository, and features, is the intellectual property of TryAgain. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without explicit permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TryAgain makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TryAgain or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if TryAgain or a TryAgain authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

13. Governing Law
