Welcome to HiLo Party! These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of TryAgain's HiLo Party application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.

1. Use of the App

HiLo Party is designed for entertainment purposes only. The app allows users to participate in a fun game where players decide whether the next card will be higher or lower. Users accumulate points based on their guesses.

2. In-App Purchases

HiLo Party offers in-app purchases for additional features and content. All purchases are processed through RevenueCat, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to RevenueCat's terms and conditions.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use HiLo Party responsibly and not to misuse the app in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive. Users must ensure that their use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
