Welcome to Mesas Divertidas! These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of TryAgain's Mesas Divertidas application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.
1. Use of the App
Mesas Divertidas is designed for organizing and tracking interactive events with multiple tables or groups. The app allows users to create virtual rooms, manage tables, and assign points in real-time. The app is suitable for users of all ages and is available on web, iOS, and Android platforms.
2. Room Creation and Management
When you create a room in Mesas Divertidas:
- Rooms are temporary and typically expire after 24 hours unless extended.
- You are responsible for managing the content and activities within your room.
- Room data is stored temporarily in Firebase and will be automatically deleted after expiration.
3. User Conduct
Users agree to use Mesas Divertidas responsibly and not to misuse the app in any way. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating rooms with inappropriate names or content.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the scoring system.
- Using the app for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive.
- Attempting to access data from other users' rooms without permission.
Users must ensure that their use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The Mesas Divertidas app, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of TryAgain. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without explicit permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TryAgain makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall TryAgain or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if TryAgain or a TryAgain authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
