Welcome to MoreHabits! These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of TryAgain's MoreHabits application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.

1. Use of the App

MoreHabits is designed to help users create, customize, and track their habits. The app is intended for personal use, and users must ensure that their use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

2. In-App Purchases

MoreHabits offers in-app purchases for additional features and content, such as the ability to track more than 4 habits. All purchases are processed through RevenueCat, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to RevenueCat's terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use MoreHabits responsibly and not to misuse the app in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive. Any unauthorized use of the app may result in termination of your access to the app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TryAgain makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TryAgain or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if TryAgain or a TryAgain authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

TryAgain may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this app you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
