Welcome to BlissMind! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the BlissMind application ("App" or "Service") owned and operated by TryAgain. By accessing, using, or registering with BlissMind, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline the rules and restrictions that apply to your use of our Service. BlissMind is a wellness and meditation platform offering audio tracks for guided meditation, ambient sounds, and progressive music to aid in relaxation and mental well-being. You may only use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content provided by BlissMind is strictly prohibited. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service and refrain from engaging in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of BlissMind.

BlissMind uses Firebase Authentication for account creation and login, allowing you to register with Google, email, or Facebook. 5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your BlissMind account. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium; (b) attempting to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the Service; (c) using automated tools or software to access, scrape, or data-mine BlissMind content; (d) harassing, abusing, or harming other users; and (e) attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or BlissMind’s systems. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

BlissMind retains all ownership rights in the content provided within the Service, including text, audio tracks, graphics, logos, and software ("BlissMind Content"). This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any BlissMind Content without prior written permission from us. 11. Termination and Account Suspension

BlissMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to the Service, or delete any content associated with your account at our discretion, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use BlissMind will cease immediately, and we may delete any content or information associated with your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your country for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
